Kevin is an award winning engineer/producer with over 20 years experience under his belt. Kevin started playing drums when he was 13 and has picked up guitar, bass, keys and other various instruments along the way. However, he still considers drum/keyboard programming his greatest strength. By age 15, Kevin was playing in bands, recording and engineering everything he could get his hands on.

After playing guitar on tour, spending time in Chicago, New York and Baltimore; Kevin returned to Virginia and opened the first version of Assembly Line Studios in 1994. More than 10 years later, the studio is alive and strong. Past projects have included Deceased (Relapse/Thrash Corner records); Dysrhythmia (Relapse records), Over It (Negative Progression-Lobster/Virgin records), Ghoti Hook (Tooth and Nail records), Garden of Shadows (Earache/Wicked World) etc. In addition, Kevin has worked on several projects with the LA based production team of Deepsky (Saffron/Republica, Madonna, Seal, David Bowie, etc.)

When not engineering, Kevin plays for Project: Failing Flesh (Karmageddon Media/ Candlelight USA) alongside the multi-talents of Tim Gutierrez and Eric Forrest, who has gained respect and fame via his past work with Voivod. Kevin is also one half of the electronica production team, Subliminols, with Loston Harris (ex- Wynton Marsalis band).

When you need a project taken to the next level, Kevin is the person to take it there. In addition, through Kevin, Assembly Line Studios offers full Front-of-House sound services for any gig, 50 seats or 50,000. From the punk rock Ghoti Hook to the Dove award winning/Grammy nominated Jaci Velasquez to Dove award winning Nicole Nordeman, Kevin has mixed them all.
